Riga Technical University is the oldest and with traditions richest university of Latvia. It is the single university in Latvia, whose 8 faculties offer complete spectrum education of technical sciences and engineering.

History, traditions, qualified teaching staff and modern infrastructure create ambience, in that will develop creative identities, who will make our future. RTU orients their activities on the human, nature and society needs. The goal of studies is not only to give knowledge to prospective specialists, but also to form thinking, so student can find fast solution and to know, where and how to find the necessary information. That is way theoretical knowledge is improved with practical skills and competencies, that allows orientate in different fields.

The Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications provides in the programs of Electronics and Telecommunications, where within the framework of these programs can obtain the degree of Bachelor, Master, Doctor of Sciences, as well as technician and engineer professional qualification. The most managers and leading specialists of companies of electronics and telecommunications are students of RTU Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications.
